A continuous brick base anchors the design in the district’s history, while modern office floors rise above in a clear contemporary style. One building features Cologne-inspired brick tones and a distinctive pattern, while its counterpart contrasts with a grey brick base and shimmering steel panels that turn industrial rigor into lightness.
